Noë & Associates, 2025
From July to October, I partnered with Noë & Associates, a luxury real estate design agency, to support interactive project management for a major US real estate client. The work was focused on creating digital experiences to showcase current and upcoming developments, combining Unreal Engine environments, UI Design, and Digital Digital Scaling.
I coordinated between creative, technical, and client teams to keep complex workflows on track, ensuring high-end interactive presentations that aligned with the client’s brand and market expectations.
Athyna, 2025
Currently working at Athyna as a Talent Acquisition and Project Manager.
At this hybrid role, I'm in charge of the creative roles at the agency and also coordinating the Product & Design team.
Some of my daily tasks include:
Creative recruitment: In charge of hiring creatives for both internal and client teams (sourcing, interviewing, negotiating with both client and candidates).
Resource management: Scoping the amount of work and managing internal and external resources of the creative team to deliver projects on time.
Budgeting & costs: Analyze costs and budgeting projects for clients.
Daily operations coordination: Make sure that all weekly goals and deadlines are met.
Processes improvement: Improve production processes and suggest new effective ways of implementing them.
amma pregnancy tracker, 2024
I worked at amma pregnancy tracker as a Creative Producer within the Global Production Hub, coordinating all aspects of production across design, motion, post-production, creative communications, editorial content, and email campaigns—both in-app and out-of-app.
My role combined creative oversight with operational management to keep projects on time and aligned with brand goals.
I managed resources, reviewed deliverables for quality, and streamlined production processes.
I also created proposals for account managers, handled budgeting and cost analysis, and collaborated with operations and creative teams to set competitive rates. Additionally, I evaluated and implemented new tools to improve productivity across the hub.

2020-2024
I acted as Production Lead for a large-scale 3D modeling project with a leading global tech company, creating 3D assets for a well-known app. I coordinated a multidisciplinary team of 3D artists, QA analysts, art directors, and designers spread across Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Mexico City, and Buenos Aires. My role covered client partnership, scoping and budgeting projects, refining production workflows, onboarding and hiring talent, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple offices.
Key achievements included growing the team from 8 to nearly 30 creatives in collaboration with recruitment, strengthening client relationships that expanded the project pipeline, and working with ops and tech leads to establish clear production metrics and criteria. I also organized team-building initiatives, both on-site and remote, to maintain motivation and cohesion across the distributed team.
Fuze Agency, 2023
I acted as Creative Project Manager supporting Fuze’s client Root’d, a multivitamin company, on a 4 month packaging redesign project.
I coordinated between the client, design team, and production partners to keep timelines, deliverables, and budgets on track.
My role focused on aligning creative output with brand goals, streamlining feedback loops, and ensuring a smooth process from early design concepts through to final packaging assets.
Goldemberg HR, 2023
I produced several events for Goldemberg HR (mining specialized talent agency), held across multiple provinces in Argentina. I collaborated on creative outputs including digital assets, print materials, and social media content to promote the events and support brand consistency.
Beyond design, I managed the on-site production—welcoming guests, coordinating logistics, and producing live content during the events. This mix of creative and operational responsibilities allowed me to oversee the full event experience from concept to execution.
